General Qualifications:

• Available for full-time work

• Commitment to continuous professional development

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field

• Maximum age: 35 years old

• Excellent proficiency in Qur’an and English

• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience

• Passion for education and student development

• Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues

• Discipline, responsibility, and commitment to Islamic school values

Specific Qualifications – English Teacher

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Literature, Linguistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills

• Ability to design lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools for different grade levels

• Familiarity with national curriculum; knowledge of international curriculum (Cambridge, IB or Oxford) is an advantage

• Skilled in integrating English learning with literacy, critical thinking, and life skills

• Competence in creating HOTS-based exam questions and analyzing student performance.
